Someone called the Help Line because the Internet was not working. The operator asked the customer to open the (computer ) window but the customer opened the room window. Then the operator couldn't hear the customer anymore because of the noise. After the customer closed the window, he was asked if he could see "My Computer" on his computer. The customer said that he couldn't see his computer on his laptop. The operator tried to explain that "My Computer" was on the left side of the screen , but the customer checked his own left side. Desperate, the customer said that he was taking his laptop and go to the office of the Help Line.
