 FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS




AMUSED = AMUZAT 

He is not amused when someone fails.

BORED = PLICTISIT 

I feel bored when my friends make stupid/ lame jokes.

ANXIOUS= ANXIOS / NELINISTIT 

Every time they have a test, they feel anxious.

CONFIDENT = INCREZATOR IN SINE 

I feel confident when I don't have the Math class.

AFRAID = SPERIAT 

A lot of people are afraid of spiders.

SICK = CU STARE DE RAU 

Do they still feel sick?

ILL =BOLNAV 

People who get ill should go to the hospital.

ANGRY = Nervos

My friend feels angry when he gets a poor grade.

MISERABLE = NEFERICIT / JALNIC 

People feel miserable when they make mistakes or they lose someone dear.

JEALOUS = GELOS

The stepsister are jealous on Cinderella because she is beautiful and kind.

ENVIOUS = INVIDIOS

Some people are envious on others' succes.

CONFUSED = CONFUZ

He is confused when I start to explain about bicycles.

CURIOUS = CURIOS 

People feel curious when  something unusual  happens.

COURAGEOUS = BRAVE = CURAJOS

"Courageous" is the same as "brave" and it means to be able to try to do anything.

SENSITIVE = EMOTIV / SIMTITOR
In my opinion, being sensitive doesn't mean that you're weak.

HOPEFUL = INCREZATOR 

The dinosaurs don't look hopeful, they look miserable.

GUILTY = VINOVAT 
People don't feel guilty when they don't wear the facial mask.

LONELY = STINGHER / RETRAS 
The fact that sometimes I am lonely makes me sad.

ALONE = DE UNUL SINGUR / " HOME ALONE " 
I get bored very fast when I am alone.

STARTLED = ASTONISHED =  MUT DE UIMIRE 
People feel startled when they are in the middle of the nature.

EAGER = DORNIC 
People feel eager to help other people in need.

DISMAYED = CONSTERNAT / BUIMAC 

My friends feel dismayed when they hear they don't have homework.

He was born in 1916, on September 13th.

He got inspired to write those books from his childhood . He started to write in 1943.

Before being an author he had been a fighter pilot in WW2 and a spy for MI6.

The modern version is gory and inappropiate for children, while the original fairytale makes children happy.
In contrast to  the classic story, where the rats were her friends, in this one they nibbled at her feet.

The main character was called "Cindy" at some point, which it is kind of funny approach.
Unlike the original story, Cinderella wanted to seduce the prince.

In the modern story Cinderella gets naked while running frm the palace , while in the original story she only losses her shoe. 
Unlike the original story, in the modern  one  the lost shoe is flushed down the toilet by one of Cinderella's ugly sisters.
